Ngorongoro Crater experience
Spanning over 600 metres deep and 260 square kilometres wide, Ngorongoro Crater is the largest (unflooded) caldera in the world. The crater is famous for fantastic game viewing as animals can tend to stay here year-round. Globus includes a full-day game drive on this tour, topped off with a bush lunch in the crater! Because of the time it takes to descend and ascend into the crater, other tours usually serve a packed lunch. However, by travelling with Globus, you’re treated to an exclusive, freshly cooked bush BBQ lunch. Dine under a grove of Acacia trees while watching wildlife such as the Cape buffalo, rare black rhinoceros, elephants, hippos and birds.
