Spanning a whopping 9,000+ acres, the refuge features fresh water marshes, ocean beaches, forests and sand dunes. Jump onto a tram for a ride through the refuge where your knowledgeable tram driver will share stories and facts about the ecosystem and its history. The refuge is home to deer, wild pigs, foxes and hundreds of bird species so keep your eyes peeled!
