The rest of the afternoon and evening is free time. You may like to freshen up at your hotel before heading out for the night. There are so many choices for dinner – whether you want to park up at an izakaya bar for beer and Japanese ‘tapas’, sit counter-side at a tiny ramen joint, or you may have pre-booked one of the Michelin restaurants.
